Furnishings include rattan chairs and black and white tables made from natural products that showcase Colombia’s cultural identity. A colorful buffet, featuring an array of local flavors, is complemented by a mural backdrop measuring 11 feet in length and created by Italian artist, Betelli Gaston. The restaurant also offers the “Community Table” concept for travelers happy to interact with fellow guests. For dinner, the scene changes and Las becomes a gourmet dining restaurant.
