Levi‘n’Sky Luxury Villa

Levi'n'Sky Luxury Villa is set atop a 360-metre ridge above Levi, in the Utsuvaara district of Finnish Lapland. Bare rock formations, left over from the last Ice Age, ring the building, and the fell of Kumputunturi rises to 581 metres on the horizon. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the view from inside, while an outdoor patio and a dedicated Aurora hut, built facing north-east, put guests directly under the sky. It is a compact base for a wide landscape. Inside, three floors hold 300 m² of space: an open living and dining area, a separate lounge with a fireplace and an 85-inch screen, and bedrooms fitted with Finlayson beds, two of them ensuite. Four bathrooms serve the villa in total. The sauna is built from centuries-old kelo pine and holds up to twelve people, with a dressing room, fridge and glassware attached. Outside, a heated jacuzzi and a custom fireplace face the fells. Skiing, husky safaris, golf and fishing all run through Levi's resort year-round, and the nearest lift is roughly 600 metres from the door. In winter the aurora shows overhead; in summer the sun stays up through the night. A private chef and concierge service can be arranged, and Kittilä airport is a 15-minute drive away.
