Little Hawk Resort & Marina
Ten lakefront cabins and suites on Little Hawk Lake, Haliburton
Skip to product information
Little Hawk Resort & Marina is set at the end of a dead-end road on Little Hawk Lake, in Ontario's Haliburton Highlands. The property is family-run, built around ten stays: five true lakefront cabins, two lakeside cottages set slightly back from the water, and a set of lodge suites in the main building. Two-bedroom cabins suit couples or small families, with a queen room, a bunk room, a full kitchen, and a private deck facing the lake. Three-bedroom cabins add space for larger groups; cabin four is the largest, with a queen room, a queen-over-queen bunk room, and a twin room. Lodge suites are smaller and simpler, each with a kitchenette and private outdoor seating, and two of the three have a king bed and a jacuzzi tub. Dogs are welcome in the cabins, within a size limit, but not in the suites. Outside, a sandy beach runs along the shoreline, and canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats are free to use. There is a water trampoline and a slide for children, plus fire pits and a hot tub for evenings. Hiking trails and Haliburton Forest & Wildlife lie a short drive away. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out before 10am, and summer stays run largely Saturday to Saturday.
