Boating (seasonal activity)

Water levels permitting, Little Sable's boats head out onto the Okavango's channels with an experienced driver-guide at the helm. The routes follow the river, tracking birds, crocodiles and hippo, along with other game that comes down to drink at the water's edge. Cruises often time their return around sunset, mooring along the bank for a sundowner as light fades over the delta. It is a seasonal activity, dependent on flood levels, and offers a different vantage point on the Khwai area than game drives or walking safaris.
