Lomani Island Resort & Spa is a small adults-only property on Malolo Lailai Island, set in the Mamanuca group west of Viti Levu. The beach runs white and shallow along the shore, and rooms are arranged as bures and suites rather than a single block, each with exposed timber beams and a private patio or balcony facing the water. Some come with a private plunge pool a short walk from the sand. Malolo Lailai Bay sits in front of the Flame Tree Restaurant, where meals lean on Fijian staples like kokoda alongside grilled reef fish and char-grilled steaks. A newly opened spa adds a thalassotherapy centre and private treatment bures, drawing on seawater therapies and local Nama Fiji oils. Guests reach the island aboard the Malolo Cat catamaran from the mainland. Snorkelling and kayaking run directly off the beach, and the surrounding reef gives the diving and surf trips their range. It is a compact stay, built for couples rather than families, with breakfast included for every room booked. You can hear the tide against the pool deck from most of the beachfront bures at night.
