Superior Family Chalet

Built for a family of four, this chalet has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and matching fittings. It sits among ancient ebony and matumi trees on the banks of the Sand River, part of Founders Camp's ten-chalet layout built from rock, wood and earth in an old wattle-and-daub style. A private deck and plunge pool open onto the bush, with an outside shower and verandah beyond. Inside: air conditioning, a mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, mosquito nets and cotton linen. Children are welcome, and game drives can be tailored to younger guests, with tracking, tree climbing and other activities on offer between drives.
