Londolozi sits inside the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, which shares an unfenced border with Kruger National Park. The Sand River runs through the property, and the big five — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo — move freely across the fifteen thousand hectares of traversing land. The reserve has been family-run since 1926, and leopard sightings here are frequent enough that rangers radio their position to every vehicle on the concession.

There are five camps, each distinct. Varty Camp is the original, with dolerite rock walls, brick paths, and six suites set under riverine forest — the campfire here has been lit for nearly a hundred years. Founders Camp holds ten superior chalets in wattle and daub construction, each with a private plunge pool, and takes children from the age of six. Tree Camp and the Private Granite Suites do not accept children under sixteen unless booked for exclusive use. Pioneer Camp has three suites with river views and converts into a private bush homestead for groups of up to twelve.

Rangers and trackers go out twice daily. Dedicated photographic safaris are available, pairing guests with a tutor for in-field coaching and post-processing in the onsite photographic studio. Over four hundred and fifty bird species have been recorded on the reserve.

The Healing House at Varty Camp offers bodywork and wellness treatments. A yoga deck, gym, photographic studio, and boutique are open to all camp guests. The reserve also supports the Good Work Foundation, which operates digital learning campuses in villages neighbouring Sabi Sand and Kruger.
