Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso
A rebuilt Canarian village on Meloneras beach, with thalasso spa and ten linked buildings
Skip to product information
Arranged as a village along the Meloneras shore, this resort recreates a Gran Canaria settlement in the style of Agüimes, complete with cobbled lanes, courtyards, a small chapel and bell tower around a central square. Ten linked buildings step down toward the water. The infinity pool runs to a horizon line where sea and sky blur together, and you can hear the Atlantic from the terraces closest to the water. Gardens are planted to echo the island's own vegetation rather than an imported look. At the centre of the stay is the thalasso spa, built around sea water treatments and the sound of the surf itself. Two restaurants anchor the food: OVO for modern, chef-driven plates, and Alpendre for a lighter, more casual table. Guest rooms come with air conditioning, a minibar, a safe and a hairdryer as standard, with an Unique Club tier offering private breakfasts and upgraded rooms with better views. Families are catered for directly, with larger rooms built to give every member their own space. The resort sits within Meloneras, close to the Maspalomas dunes and the seafront boulevard, on Gran Canaria's south coast. It is a beach resort built to feel like a place rather than a hotel block.
