McLaren Vale Food and Wine Indulgence

Enjoy a day exploring Adelaide's southern metropolitan coastline and beautiful McLaren Vale wine region where guests will enjoy wine tastings from some of the popular cellar doors and local produce that the region is known for. Leaving Adelaide, head out through the southern suburbs of Adelaide and join the metropolitan coastline. Enjoy coastal views, heading to the McLaren Vale Visitor Information Center for morning tea.

The first stop is the cellar door at Wirra Wirra Vineyards, which is located among the gum trees in the historic ironstone cellars. Enjoy a short tour of the cellars and tastings of the range of quality wines. Then head to Red Poles for a delicious 2 course lunch incorporating fresh, local produce. There is also time to visit the art gallery and cellar door.

After lunch, continue the McLaren Vale experience by visiting d'Arenberg cellar door. Explore a range of wines in the historic Stables, while hearing about the history of the fourth generation family owned business. The final stop for the day is Hardy's Tintara, which is located on the main street of McLaren Vale. Enjoy further wine tastings or stroll along the main street of the delightful town. Return to Adelaide via the seaside suburb of Glenelg where guests will have the option to leave the tour or return to the Adelaide CBD.
