The Middle Fork Lodge sits in the middle of 2.3 million acres of the Frank Church Wilderness in the beautifully scenic central region of Idaho. Middle Fork Lodge offerings include 7 private hand-built custom log cabins with sitting decks, king-size beds, private baths, sumptuous linens and plush robes. The Lodge chef prepares meals which are sure to please the most discriminating palettes using seasonal garden-fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit having grown on-site in the outdoor garden, orchard and geothermal heated greenhouse. The beloved Lodge hens produce eggs that will be made to order each morning with bread and pastries baked fresh daily. The Lodge is committed to using local, regional and organic ingredients with scratch cooking represented in every meal. Also, there is a diverse curated wine and beer list designed to perfectly complement the meals, conversations or quiet deck time. Activities include shooting, horse riding, rafting, trout fishing and swimming.
