Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort

Fujairah's east coast, where the Hajar Mountains meet the Indian Ocean, is where JAZ Miramar Al Aqah was built, drawing on Arabic, Moroccan and Eastern design for its lanterns, carved balconies and open-air amphitheatre. The resort sits roughly 45 km from Fujairah's airport and 140 km from Dubai, closer to the coastline than to either city. It holds 200 m of beach on the Indian Ocean. Rooms run from 38 m² standard doubles to two-bedroom suites of 83 m², plus a handful of 86 m² ocean-view villas. Ground-floor Ocean Club rooms open straight onto the sand. Six restaurants cover Arabic, Thai, Italian and grill menus, from Al Majlis by the pool to Bahari Grill on the beach itself. A water sports centre operates from morning until sunset, arranging fishing and snorkelling alongside motorised and non-motorised equipment. Families get a dedicated kids' programme and a teen club, both run off daily boards posted near the main terrace. Meeting space extends to over 715 m² across two main venues. It is a resort built for staying put, not passing through.
