Boscia House occupies a restored early-1900s farmhouse on the Tswalu reserve, given over to an interactive, intimate dining experience. Guests work through a seven-course tasting menu built around hyper-local, seasonal ingredients drawn from the surrounding Kalahari landscape, each course paired with a chosen wine. It reflects the wider approach to food at Tswalu, where dishes are made from scratch and rooted in South African heritage and provenance. The setting is small and personal rather than a conventional restaurant room, putting guests close to the cooking and the story behind each plate.
