Exclusive Gorilla Tracking (8 guests at max)

This is gorilla tracking without other groups on the trail. A single party of up to eight guests tracks one gorilla family through Mgahinga National Park's forest, accompanied by their own guide rather than sharing a permit slot with strangers. The smaller, private arrangement allows for a personal briefing before setting out and more time to observe the group once found, without the pace or presence of other travellers. Booked as an exclusive-use trek, it runs at a set day rate covering the party of eight. Mount Gahinga Lodge, at the foot of the volcanoes, arranges the trek as one of its guided forest activities.
