Museum Hotel

Guests enter through a rock tunnel to reach rooms cut directly into Uçhisar's cliffside, some centuries old and restored rather than built new. Museum Hotel holds 34 rooms and suites across categories from Deluxe Rooms to Imperial Pool Suites, each carved from stone and furnished with antiques gathered from the region, so no two are alike in shape or story. The Dovecote Cave, for one, occupies a converted pigeon house once used across the valley to gather fertiliser, and opens onto a view of White Valley. It is 35 m2. Imperial Suites run from 98 to 130 m2, and the Imperial Pool Suites, at 120 to 230 m2, each add a private plunge pool inside two-storey cave structures. Outside, a heated pool holds 30 to 32°C through winter, and a terrace hosts a traditional Turkish barber shave at sunrise, timed to hot-air balloons lifting off nearby. The hotel farms a 200-acre vineyard in White Valley, producing its own wine, alongside orchards of almond, walnut, apple, and apricot, and honey from its own hives. Dinner can be taken at Loggia, overlooking the valley, or arranged as a private table set among the rock formations of Love Valley. Breakfast uses eggs from the hotel's free-range hens.
