Each room here reads as a small, finished idea. Seraphina takes its cue from Turkish and Indian textiles, with an iron bedhead from Rajasthan, ikat linen in navy and pink, and peacock feathers set against a king bed. Queen Rosa leans toward soft, old-fashioned romance: a cane peacock bedhead, a vintage wicker chair, lace and rosebud detailing catching the morning light. Queen Mafalda, known to staff as the blue room, draws on Mexican fabric and dragonfly-print linen, with its own access to a hedged private garden. King Concetta can convert to a twin, its four-poster canopy and rose cushions giving it a period feel without excess. Original art fills the communal spaces throughout the house. The manor sits in Doonan, on Wust Road, placed deliberately between Eumundi and Noosa. That position matters: Eumundi Markets, Peregian Markets and the Noosa Marina Markets are all a short drive away, as are the Glasshouse Mountains and the wider Hinterland. Surfing, stand-up paddling, diving and whale watching are within easy reach of the coast. It is a quiet base for four rooms only, each en suite with tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer. Guests tend to linger longer than planned.
