A menu of half- and full-day trips off the property, each with hotel transfers included. Safari Blue sails to a sandbank for snorkelling and a fish lunch, then on to a mangrove lagoon. Prison Island offers giant tortoises and reef snorkelling; the Spice Tour walks a working farm to learn where cinnamon and pepper come from. Dolphin tours head out by boat with a good chance of a sighting, followed by beach snorkelling. Stone Town covers the old quarter's history and food market. Quad biking, horse riding, parasailing and jet-skiing round out the options.
