Water and olive leaves shape the view from most rooms here. Hotel Olivi sits among century-old olive and citrus trees on the Sirmione peninsula, close enough to Lake Garda that several rooms and the summer terrace look straight onto it. The Cerini family has run the hotel since 1978, and the four-star property still carries that family imprint in a 24-hour reception and multilingual staff rather than in scale. Rooms range from simple Economy doubles to the Junior Suite, which has a glass walk-in shower and a wide lake view. Balconies feature on the Superior rooms; the Premier Deluxe rooms are lit by that same lake outlook. Outdoors, the Acquamarina pool sits within the olive grove, its saline water paired with a whirlpool and a sun terrace with bar service. Meals move between three venues — the Sala Lagolà for breakfast and Italian dishes, La Bissa grill by the pool in summer, and the evening-only Lagolà restaurant for a more contemporary menu. Check-in runs from 3pm. The old town beyond the gate is a walk, not a drive, since cars need advance registration for the restricted zone.
