BLENDING THE RULES

Feel like an expert as you lose yourself in the art of wine blending and become immersed in the process of perfecting your ideal blend, selecting from several local varietals and vintages, and fine-tuning the tannins, notes, and flavour profiles as you go. A singular experience for any wine lover, with the resulting creation yours to be savoured or gifted as you wish. Duration: 3 hours When: Daily, 12pm- 6pm Level of difficulty: Easy Min/ max persons: Minimum 2, maximum 6 Meeting point: The Tasting Table Includes: A bottle of your blended wine, cheese board and a certificate from our sommelier Restrictions: This activity should be booked 72-hours in advance, and there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Guests must be 18 years or older.
