Paradise Lodge and Bungalows
Fourteen cabins and suites, minutes from Lake Louise, inside Banff National Park
Paradise Lodge & Bungalows is a cabin and suite property on Lake Louise Drive, inside Banff National Park. The lodge buildings keep a rustic exterior; the cabins sit apart with private access, each renovated with a cast iron gas fireplace and a claw foot soaker tub. Lake Louise itself is close enough to reach on foot or by e-bike, rented at the front desk. Moraine Lake, in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, is a longer trip, covered by a guest-only shuttle that runs several times a day.
Room types are named for local peaks and passes. The Cooper and Peyto cabins run to 380 sq ft, with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, and kitchen facilities. The Wilson and Fuez cabins are smaller, at 325 sq ft, built for two. Suites are larger: the Saddleback and Fairview run to 450 sq ft, and the Temple Suite, at 500 sq ft, adds a king bed and a double soaker tub. All have a balcony or deck.
Hiking runs from easy forest trails to the ascent of Mount Temple. Dinner options include the Station Restaurant, set in the old Lake Louise rail station. Front desk hours run from 8am to 9:30pm.
