Forty-five rooms on Bat Su Street, minutes into Hanoi's Old Quarter on foot
Skip to product information
Arriving on Bat Su Street, guests step off one of the Old Quarter's narrow trading lanes into a 45-room boutique hotel built around European lines and Vietnamese motifs. Rooms range from the Premier Deluxe, with large windows over the street below, to the Grand Suite with jacuzzi and a Family Connecting Room for those travelling in groups. The Junior Suite and Grand Deluxe with Balcony both look onto a corner of the Old Quarter, and several rooms carry a private balcony or a bathtub for slower mornings. Dining runs vertically rather than horizontally. SON Restaurant, on the 11th floor, serves Vietnamese and Western dishes against a view over the district's rooftops and tangled wires. Above it sits Cinnabar, the top-floor bar, open to the skyline with cocktails and live music running into the evening. You can watch the sun set over the Old Quarter from its terrace. A rooftop pool gives guests a second reason to stay above the street, away from the motorbike traffic below. The hotel also runs a tourism desk and arranges transfers and day trips, including boat tours to Halong Bay, for guests using Hanoi as a base rather than an endpoint. It is a compact stay, built for a city visited on foot and revisited from above.
