A compact dining space at Potato Bush Camp that seats twelve, so meals stay intimate rather than communal. Mornings bring a spread of coffee, teas, juice, toasted bread and porridge warmed over the previous night's fire embers, plus pastries, cold cuts, cheese, cereal and fruit, with hot dishes cooked on request. Midday offers an à la carte menu built to suit different diets and appetites. In the afternoon, guests are given chilled lemonade or iced tea alongside small sweet and savoury bites before heading out on activities. Evenings mean a three-course dinner with South African wines, taken at a shared table, on a private deck, or in a guest's own tent with individual service.
