Dinner runs from six until eight in the evening; lunch from half past twelve until half past two, often opening with antipasto of salumi, pickled vegetables and local crayfish. Menus change daily, built on local seafood, organic produce and native ingredients, and guests may dine here, at the bar with the chefs, in their room, or by the pool.
