The name comes from the old watermill that once stood on this bend of the Sauga River. Built in 1863, the mill is gone, but the riverside house beside it has been fully renovated and now holds eight rooms across the main building and two smaller structures. Rooms differ by size and layout: some hold two beds, others four, and several add a kitchen corner or a balcony facing the river and the site of the old mill. A separate cottage sits apart from the main house for guests who want more privacy, with its own bathroom, kitchen corner, and terrace with an outdoor grill. A third building, a newly finished summer house, adds sun loungers and outdoor furniture on its terrace. The grounds are open and green, with a ball court, a grill house, and direct access to the river for swimming, fishing, or a rowing boat. A sauna and table tennis can be booked by the hour. It is four kilometres from Pärnu, close enough for a day in the city but far enough to hear only the water. Check-in runs from 4pm to 7pm, with earlier or later arrivals arranged directly. Pets are not permitted.
