Arrival is straight into the Abraj Al Bait complex, with the hotel entrance folded into the tower cluster at its centre. Pullman ZamZam Makkah is a modern hotel built for pilgrims and travellers who want the shortest possible walk to prayer. Rooms start at 37 m², configured with twin or single beds and city or Haram views; suites run to junior, executive and presidential grades, the largest at 70 m² with a king bed and a twin bed alongside. Several room categories look directly onto the Haram courtyard, and a handful carry a partial view of the Kaaba itself.
