Set in the Wadi Rum desert, the camp sits among sand dunes and rock formations in a protected landscape known as the Valley of the Moon. Deluxe tents hold three single beds or one king and one single, with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning across 20 square metres. Premium deluxe rooms offer two single beds or one king in the same footprint. Mini suites stretch to 25 square metres with a living room, bedroom, and sofa bed that sleeps four. Family suites link two bedrooms across 36 square metres—one with a king bed and single, the other with three singles—and accommodate six.

Guided 4×4 tours cross the desert on foot or by vehicle, revealing sandstone cliffs and narrow gorges. Camel treks follow routes used by Bedouin guides for centuries. A live-cooking experience in the desert teaches traditional Jordanian techniques, including bread baked in sand. The daily dinner buffet runs from 8pm to 10pm and centres on zarb—meat and chicken cooked underground—with appetisers, salads, and desserts. Breakfast opens at 7.30am with Jordanian dishes and international options. An outdoor seating area with Bedouin-style furnishings and swings sits beside a fireplace and dance floor. The indoor lounge is air-conditioned. Mountain View, a multi-use space atop a ridge, overlooks the camp and surrounding desert. Reception operates from 7am to midnight.
