Remisens Premium Villa Amalia

Arriving in Lovran, guests find the entrance to Villa Eugenia set directly on Šetalište maršala Tita, the coastal street once known for its Austro-Hungarian villas. The building itself dates from that era; it has since been converted into a boutique hotel that keeps its period façade while running on modern service, including a 24-hour front desk. Rooms are compact and varied: some Standard rooms sit on the top floor under roof windows, giving a direct line to the sky by day and stars at night. Luxury rooms open onto a balcony facing the Kvarner bay, while Premium rooms have a garden view and private terrace instead. All rooms carry a minibar, safe and work desk as standard. Downstairs, a spa studio offers an infrared sauna and massage, and a conference room with a smart board and recording equipment handles business meetings alongside the leisure trade. The restaurant draws on fish landed nearby and produce from local dairy farms and pine-shaded gardens. Lovran's old town lies about 500 metres from the door, and the Lungomare promenade, laid out in 1889 and running some 12 kilometres along the coast to Volosko, begins just outside. You can walk it before breakfast or after dinner, sea on one side, pine woods on the other. Check-in runs from 2pm, check-out at 11am.
