Resort & Spa Le Dune

Badesi Marina holds the resort along Sardinia's north coast, where sand dunes and centuries-old juniper run down to the shore of the Golfo dell'Asinara. Five four-star hotels sit within the property, two rated superior, together holding 496 rooms. It is not a single building but a small constellation of them, linked by gardens and pools. Guests can walk from a room at Hotel Le Rocce, arranged around its own pool, to the beach in minutes. Ten restaurants operate across the resort, from a show-cooking buffet at Nautilus to grilled Gallura meats at Carrimbanca and pizza from a wood oven at Li Junchi. The wellness centre, Le Sabine SPA, keeps three outdoor freshwater pools at different temperatures, including one built for cervical massage and one with a counter-current channel. Children have their own ground here too: a fenced vegetable garden, an aviary of peacocks and hens, and a themed play area called Villaggio Fantasia with a cowboy fort and a native encampment built into the juniper scrub. Baby, Mini, Junior and Teen Clubs run six days a week for ages three to seventeen. The dunes give the resort its shape, and its name.
