Game Drive

Rhino Safari Camp runs its game drives from a private concession where the park meets Lake Kariba, an area with no fences between camp and wilderness. Guides head out at dawn or late afternoon, when low light suits both viewing and photography, tracking elephant, buffalo, antelope, lion and a wide range of birds across the peninsula. Sightings shift daily: fresh spoor along the track one morning, a herd at the water's edge the next. Two outings a day are typical, each covering different ground. Suited equally to a first safari or a well-travelled guest, no two drives follow the same script.
