Riad Khabia

Riad Khabia is set in the old quarter of Marrakech, down Rue de Berrima in the Derb Chtouka district. It is a compact stay. Seven room types range from a 12m² single to a 26.2m² deluxe suite, most with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a room safe. The Family Suite sleeps four across a separate bedroom and living room, with a terrace that looks over the pool. The Deluxe Luxury Suite adds a sofa and a resting area off its own bedroom, useful on the hot afternoons Marrakech is known for. Several rooms open onto a private terrace or balcony rather than a shared corridor, a quiet distinction in a riad this size. Bathrooms throughout carry free toiletries, a hairdryer and a shower, with heating for the cooler months. On the roof, a patio overlooks the medina's rooftops and lanes below. Guests can use the outdoor pool or book a session in the traditional Moroccan hammam, then eat at the on-site restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stairs connect the floors; there is no lift. The riad's scale keeps service personal rather than programmatic, and the address places it within walking distance of the medina's souks and squares.
