Rixos Premium Alamein
A beachfront resort on Egypt's north coast, built for scale
Skip to product information
El Alamein's coast holds this resort on a stretch of private beach along the Mediterranean, in Marina El Alamein on Egypt's north coast. Porto Marina lies 10 km away and Marassi Marina 25 km, with El Alamein International Airport a further drive at 63 km. The hotel runs to three swimming pools, including an infinity pool set above the shoreline, plus a spa, a fitness centre and a garden that breaks up the terraces of sand and stone. Rooms range from compact studios to a Royal Suite with sea views, and a beachfront chalet sits closest to the water. Eight restaurants cover Turkish, Greek, Italian, Brazilian and Mediterranean kitchens, alongside a seafood spot and two main buffet halls for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a large-scale stay. Guests can walk from a pool deck straight onto the sand, and higher floors of the hotel look out over open water toward the horizon. Days run through the usual list of resort activities — volleyball, yoga, billiards, a gym — with evening performances layered on top. Check-in runs from 2pm, checkout by noon. Families are well catered for, with cots and extra beds available on request and free stays for young children sharing existing bedding. The result reads as a coastal base built for volume rather than intimacy, useful for anyone wanting beach, pools and choice of table within one address.
