Community Tour

A half-day outing offered each morning after breakfast, taken outside the reserve into the nearby settlements of Lillydale, Justicia and Huntington, home to most of the lodge's staff. Guests see daily life in these communities through the eyes of the people who work at Sabi Sabi, rather than as passing spectators. It must be arranged in advance and carries a separate charge, which the lodge channels back into local community projects. Suited to guests who want context beyond the bush, it pairs game drives and walks with a sense of the people and places surrounding the reserve.
