The Amirantes Ballroom is the hotel's largest column-free venue, lit by natural daylight and divisible by soundproof partitions into three sections: Marie Louise, Desroches and Alphonse. Together with the hotel's open-air spaces, it hosts conferences, seminars, incentive programmes, and corporate or private events for up to three hundred people. For smaller gatherings, Boardroom I and Boardroom II accommodate meetings of up to twenty-five people, and can also serve as breakout space during larger events in the ballroom. Wheelchair-friendly access and disabled rooms are available across the venue.
