Guided Safari Walks
Track wildlife on foot across Malilangwe's ancient reserve
Skip to product information
On foot, the bush reveals itself at a slower pace. A guide and tracker lead the way through the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve, reading spoor and signs left by the animals that share this land: leopards, lions, rhinos, buffalo, elephants, hyenas, hippos, cheetahs. Along the route, they point out the plants, birds, and smaller details that game drives move past too quickly to notice. The reserve itself is largely untouched, its landscape and ecology unchanged for thousands of years. Walks are typically arranged alongside the twice-daily game drives, giving a grounded, close-up complement to the vehicle-based safari.
