Singita Serengeti House

Singita Serengeti House is a private four-bedroom villa inside Singita Grumeti, a 350,000-acre concession on the western Serengeti in Tanzania. The house is taken exclusively — by a family or group — and comes with a full staff. Two bedrooms sit inside the main house; two further garden suites stand separately in the grounds. All four have en-suite bathrooms with inside and outside showers, a bath, dressing room, air conditioning, overhead fans, and a veranda.

The shared spaces are generous. An eat-in kitchen, a large living area, and a veranda face the plains. A media room, a fitness centre, and a wellness area are in the house. A twenty-five-metre swimming pool looks out over the Serengeti. A tennis pavilion is on site, and spa treatments can be reserved at Sasakwa Lodge nearby.

Game drives run twice daily with a personal field guide. The Grumeti concession sits along the wildebeest migration route, so the timing of a visit shapes what you see. Guided walks, bird watching, and stargazing are also available. Guests can charter a hot air balloon over the grasslands and acacia forest. The Grumeti Fund's anti-poaching operation — 120 scouts across twelve camps and twelve observation posts on the concession — is open to visits, giving some context to how the land is managed.

The house operates in English and Swahili. Laundry is complimentary. The complimentary minibar is stocked in the garden suites.
