Mokoro

A mokoro is a traditional dugout canoe, poled quietly along the Okavango Delta's permanent water channels from Sitatunga Private Island. Water levels permitting, guides navigate the narrow waterways at a slow pace, giving close, low-angle views of birdlife and wildlife along the reeds and banks.
