Arriving on Sothearos Boulevard, guests step into restored French colonial architecture set beside the Bassac River, next to Aeon Mall. The Royal Palace is a ten-minute tuk-tuk ride away; the new Techo International Airport runs about 45 minutes by car. Built around courtyards and palms, the hotel holds 201 rooms and suites, including 36 suites finished in colonial-style furnishings with modern fittings. The Prestige Suite comes with butler service; the Opera Suite adds a separate living room and Club Millésime access. Connecting rooms suit families travelling together. Four restaurants cover French, Japanese, Cantonese and Italian menus, run alongside a lobby bar, a poolside sports bar and a cigar room set above Le Bar. There are two pools, one reserved for guests and shaded by palms, plus a spa and the Phokeethra Sports Club, with a gym, tennis and squash courts. Eight meeting spaces and a ballroom handle conferences and weddings. It is a five-star hotel built for both business and leisure stays. Club Millésime guests get a private lounge, tea and coffee service, and late check-out. The hotel has phased out single-use plastic in its restaurants and bars and recycles food waste as fertiliser.
