Set back from the sand at Doc Let Beach, Some Days of Silence Resort and Spa mixes garden grounds with a run of villas and bungalows facing the pool, the garden, or the sea. The design draws on rural Vietnamese building, with thatched roofs, brick walls, timber furniture, and porches strung with hammocks. It is a quiet stretch of coast. Local markets and a small fishing settlement lie within walking distance, giving the resort a working shoreline for a backdrop rather than an isolated one. Rooms and villas range from around 27 to 31 square metres and sleep two to three adults, each fitted with air conditioning, a minibar, a fridge, and a bathroom with hot water. The Garden View Villas open onto planted courtyards; the Seaview and Family Pool Villas face open water or their own plunge pool. A restaurant serves Vietnamese cooking, and a bar sits near the pool for the slower hours. Guests can hear the sea from most terraces, and the garden's tree cover keeps the paths shaded through the afternoon. An entertainment room holds books, films, and board games for guests who want to stay indoors. It is built for slow mornings and short walks, not for a packed itinerary.
