SOMOS Restaurant

Restaurant Somos is located in Quito’s Bellavista neighbourhood. Centred around an open-concept kitchen in the middle of the dining room, Restaurant Somos is more like a cool, eclectic home. The restaurant's woodfire oven casts a warm glow across the dining room while hanging plants and living walls bring the outdoors in and colourful murals by celebrated Ecuadorian artist Apitatan adorn the interior. Every detail is carefully considered to create an atmosphere that keeps food, conversation, and human connection at the centre. The food offered at the restaurant is rooted in local ingredients, flavours, and traditions derived from new techniques and contemporary dishes.
