Facilities within walking distance includes a fully stocked shop with groceries, toiletries, drinks, ice, clothing, curios, internet café, fuel, diesel and a tyre workshop at the Sossus Oasis Service Station. At the adjacent Sossusvlei Lodge one can book meals at the restaurant and exciting activities to explore the area at their Adventure Centre.

The Sossus Oasis Service Station Shop offers snacks, drinks, ice, groceries, wood, toiletries, curios, clothing as well as fuel and a tyre workshop service. The nearest restaurant is situated at the adjacent Sossusvlei Lodge. Exciting desert activities like Guided Excursions to Deadvlei and Sossusvlei, Elim dune walks, Sundowner Trips and magnificent Scenic Flights over the dunes and coast can be booked at the Sossusvlei Lodge Adventure Centre.
