This is Staycity's newest and largest Dublin property, set on Little Mary Street beside the old fruit markets where the city's historic core meets its newer bars and cafés. Capel Street runs a short walk away, with Henry Street shopping and the Jameson Distillery close enough for an easy stroll. A Luas stop nearby gives quick access to the Convention Centre. Rooms range from studios sleeping two to a one-bedroom apartment for four, plus accessible studio and apartment options. Each comes with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living and work space, and a smart TV. There is no daily housekeeping. Guests staying six nights or fewer get cleaning supplies and fresh towels on arrival, with a paid clean available on request; stays of seven nights or more receive a full clean on day four and weekly thereafter. Downstairs, the 24-hour Staycafé serves coffee, breakfast and pizza, and doubles as a bar. A fitness room is open around the clock, and a guest laundry room and pantry cover the practical side of longer stays. Reception runs 24 hours. Check-in opens at 3pm; check-out is before 11am, with late check-out available for a fee. It is a compact stay in the sense that every apartment does double duty as a place to cook, work and sleep, at the edge of a neighbourhood still known for its old market halls.
