Storchen Zurich

Set on Weinplatz square where the Limmat River bends through Zurich's old town, Storchen Zürich holds 64 rooms and suites across categories running from a compact 16 m² single to an 83 m² Riverside Signature Suite. Rooms face either the city streets or the river; several riverside categories add a corner or panorama view over the water toward Grossmünster Church. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the main station. Up top, the rooftop bar known as The Nest looks out over the rooftops and the lake beyond, a view once claimed by the storks that gave the hotel its name. On fine Sundays a handful of dates bring breakfast and champagne to that same terrace. There is no parking garage on site, though valet service is offered, and the nearest public option sits a short drive away at Parkhaus Urania.
