Strandhill Bay fronts the lodge directly, with the beach and its surf breaks a short walk from the door. Knocknarea, the flat-topped hill that marks this stretch of the Sligo coast, rises behind the property, and several rooms look straight out over the water. The lodge is family run and holds four superior suites and 18 deluxe rooms, all fitted with ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffee facilities.
