Tarangire Kati Kati - Lemiiyoni site

Set near Silale Swamp in a private campsite within Tarangire National Park, the camp comprises eleven tents at ground level, each with a porch overlooking savannah. Ten hold double or twin beds; one family tent links two sleeping areas via a shared bathroom and porch. Each tent has mosquito netting, an en-suite bucket shower, and a flush toilet. Mineral water and tea and coffee service are standard.

Two dining tents serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A campfire is lit each evening near the dining area. The camp's position inside the park allows early-morning game drives before the majority of traffic enters. Silale Swamp draws elephant, buffalo, zebra, and a concentration of birdlife during the dry season. Hot-air balloon flights over the plains depart at sunrise, weather dependent, and last fifty to ninety minutes; a bush breakfast follows landing. Sundowner stops are arranged at the close of afternoon drives.

The infrastructure is mobile and designed to leave no trace. Solar panels generate electricity; filtered drinking water is supplied throughout. Wi-Fi reaches the camp. Check-in opens at noon; check-out is ten o'clock. The nearest airstrip is Kuro, a twenty-minute drive. Charter and scheduled services connect Arusha to Kuro daily, approximately thirty minutes' flight time. By road from Arusha the journey takes four to five hours.
