Taru Villas Levita
Golf greens and reservoir mists meet above Digana in the Kandy hills
Skip to product information
Set on high ground above Digana, near Kandy, Taru Villas Levita looks down over a reservoir and the fairways of Victoria Golf Club. Mist settles over the hills most mornings and lifts by mid-morning, and the property's terraces catch it before it clears. Rooms are arranged in three grades. The Deluxe Room is the smallest, at 368 sq ft, with a king bed and both air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the shifts in mountain weather. The Superior Room runs to 851 sq ft and adds a private terrace facing the reservoir, where the water's surface changes with the light through the day. The Premier Room, at 384 sq ft, has a combined living and sleeping area and a jacuzzi bath positioned to face the view. All rooms carry a mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and an indoor shower with hot and cold water. It is a small, quiet property. Golf is the main activity beyond the terrace, with Victoria Golf Club a short distance away; the restaurant serves meals looking out over the greens and the hills beyond. Bed linens are changed every third day or on request, part of a wider water-saving routine across Taru Villas properties.
