Providenciales is where TC Villas operates, with properties set across the island's calmer bays and beachfront strips rather than in a single resort zone. The portfolio runs from one-bedroom retreats on Grace Bay to six-bedroom houses on Sapodilla Bay, with clusters also in Turtle Cove, Chalk Sound, Sunset Shore, and Taylor Bay. Each neighbourhood behaves differently. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay hold shallow, sheltered water that stays knee-deep well offshore, good for young children and slow swimmers. Grace Bay villas sit closer to restaurants, bars, and the reef at Smith's Reef and Coral Gardens, both a short swim from the sand. Turtle Cove properties look onto the same reef system and put snorkelling steps from the door. Villas range from a compact one-bedroom unit near 1,600 square feet to four-bedroom estate houses with private pools and direct beach access. Some, like Conch Beach, add a pickleball court and hot tub; others, like Reef Pearl, keep kayaks and bikes on hand for guests. Founded by Henry Moog, who built many of the villas himself, the agency has worked the island for more than 50 years and books guests directly with owners rather than through a listing platform. Check-out is typically by 10am, ahead of turnover cleaning.
