Santorini Sky, The Retreat is set on the island's highest hill, above Pyrgos and 2,000 feet over the Aegean. The Retreat Villas and Suites are carved directly into the mountainside, each one facing the terraced valley that drops toward the sea. Panoramic windows frame the view. A private terrace holds a dining area, lounge seating, and a heated plunge or infinity pool; villas add a separate jacuzzi and full kitchen, suites a kitchenette. Bathrooms open beneath a skylight, fitted with Korres amenities and Coco-Mat bedding. It is a quiet, self-contained stay. Guests reach the Sky Lounge, the resort's second property, by a short drive. There, an open-air patio serves breakfast and brunch each morning, with snacks and local wine running through the afternoon into sunset. You can hear little beyond the wind on the terrace, well above the road noise of Fira or Oia. The Sky Dome, a covered lounge with solar and LED lighting, sits at the property's highest point, sheltered from the breeze but open to the sky above it. Wifi runs on Starlink. Check-in is from 3pm, check-out before 11am, with luggage storage available for late departures. The setting favours privacy over proximity to town, a trade the property makes plain rather than dresses up.
