The Atlantic Hotel
Set above the tide line at St Ouen's Bay, the view runs uninterrupted across sand and surf to the horizon. Ocean View rooms face this directly, and even the terrace and the ground-floor Ocean Restaurant share the same sightline. The hotel occupies ten acres on Jersey's west coast, in the parish of St Brelade, a short drive from the airport and twenty minutes from St Helier. It is the only hotel on the island looking straight onto St Ouen's Bay.

Rooms range from ground-floor Garden Studios to Golf and Ocean View rooms on the upper floors, reached by lift or stairs. The Palm Club holds an indoor pool, spa pool, gym and sauna; outdoors, a heated pool sits within the gardens. Executive Chef Will Holland runs Ocean Restaurant, which has held an AA Four Rosette rating for six consecutive years, cooking Jersey produce with a modern British hand. Spa treatments, run with local partners Spa Suites, use seaweed, orange and clove sourced close to home.

A path leads down from the clifftop to the beach itself, and on to Corbière lighthouse along the coast. Bicycles, including electric ones, are available for exploring the island at a slower pace. Check-in runs from 3pm.
