Set directly across from Sükhbaatar Square, the Blue Sky Hotel and Tower rises 105 metres over central Ulaanbaatar, its glass façade shaped to suggest a sail catching wind. The tower holds offices and residences as well as the hotel, with 137 rooms stacked between the 12th and 18th floors. Government buildings and business blocks surround it. It is a short drive from the railway station.
Rooms run from 40 to 190 m², all with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the skyline. Corner rooms and suites facing Sükhbaatar Square get a 270-degree wraparound window, taking in the city to east and west and, on clear days, Bogd Mountain beyond the rooftops. Only two rooms sit per floor in these corner layouts, which keeps them quiet. The Presidential Suite, at 190 m², looks over both the square and the wider skyline.
Dining spreads across the lower floors: a Korean restaurant, a European-style dining room, and a lobby lounge, with a rooftop Sky Lounge on the 23rd and 24th floors.
