The Harbourview is a small waterfront stay on Koko Bay, on the shores of the Port of Refuge harbour in Toula village, Tonga. Neiafu, the main town, is a five-minute drive away, or 3.5 km by road. Ten fales, the Tongan word for house, sit inside a tropical garden that runs down to the water, two of them interconnecting rooms suited to families or groups, and one a two-bedroom family unit with its own kitchen and lounge. Rooms come with a queen, double, or double-and-single bed, an ensuite with hot water, a fan, a fridge, and a private verandah. A jetty gives direct beach access, and guests can use the stand-up paddleboards and snorkelling gear at no extra charge. From June to November, humpback whales gather in the sheltered waters offshore, and the property can arrange licensed whale-swim outings, along with diving, sports fishing, kayaking and land tours. Divers can also reach Mariner's Cave nearby, a chamber sealed off from the open sea and entered through a 15-metre underwater tunnel. The bar and restaurant look over the harbour, serving Tongan Kingdom Koffee alongside wine, beer and cocktails, and there's a lawn set up for pool, darts and badminton. It is a compact, garden-set base for exploring Vava'u by water.
