The Three Corners Triton Empire Hotel

Somabay occupies a peninsula on Egypt's Red Sea coast, its jetty and marina cut into a shoreline the resort has developed since 1991. The Kaktus sits within that peninsula, close to the golf course and the sports arena that give the hotel its focus. It is a training base as much as a hotel. The 192 rooms and suites run from 43 to 57 m², each with a balcony or private garden, a minibar, and a bathroom fitted with a shower. Suites add a separate bedroom and living room, useful for longer stays or families travelling with a coach or trainer. Downstairs, a fitness studio built with Gold's Gym runs alongside treatment rooms for recovery, and meals arrive from Nutri-Lab, tuned to athletic diets. Guests without a training schedule use the same spaces differently: yoga sessions run at Breakers, with aerial classes and hammocks strung for slower mornings. The pool sits central to the property, heated and open through the cooler months. Rooms look out over the resort's gardens, the pool, or the bay itself, depending on category. Somabay's wider grounds include a 450 m jetty, a Gary Player and Tim Lobb golf course, and reef stretches under a turtle and coral conservation programme. The beach runs along 5.5 km of sand beyond the hotel gate. Restaurants and a marina strip lie a short walk or drive from the room block.
